Stayed for two nights in this wonderful little hotel by Camber Sands with wife and two grown up family. Happy seaside vibe. All the staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly. Cool bar area, and the restaurant is superb, just great cooking. Thank you!

It was my first time at Camber Sands, Rye, and It was a solo trip, and oh my god, I'm so happy I picked to stay here, it was absolutely perfect. Not only is the hotel stunning, it feels like your cosy home, but the staff make it even better, so welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect, had my little garden, it was just perfect. The hotel being only a 5 min walk from the beach really helped, and it added so much to the hotel as well. Breakfast was just what I needed after my yoga session.

I can't thank the team enough for making my solo trip perfect for me – it means a lot.

Our first stay at the Gallivant. High room standard, very friendly and efficient staff, they went the extra mile with service/ information. Lindsay was absolutely first class. Food (breakfast and dinner) was very good, served in a lovely setting with a very pleasant atmosphere. There were also quite a few nice well thought out little touches (eg afternoon cake!).
In summary, we had a great stay, and will come back again.

We stayed for 2 nights at The Gallivant a week ago and would highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive and all worked well together to make our stay relaxing. We loved the snug area with the photo albums, books and interesting artefacts. We'll be back hopefully.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Gallivant. All the staff were great especially James on Reception who was so helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was a real treat, the croissants and the bread were delicious.
We hope to visit again.
