Everything seems to have been so well planned and built.
It all smacks of hospitality and joy.
Staff, decor, food, etc are exemplary.

Room was very tasteful & comfortable.
Cakes were delicious & the wine was a nice touch.
Dinner was delicious , I enjoyed the prawns & steak & also shared the apple tart . We didn't really have space but were pleased we did.
All in all it was a great overnight stay & we were so pleased that our children gave us the stay at the Gallivant for a present .

We stayed at the Gallivant for my son's wedding and from the luxurious rooms the lounge and bar area, Harry's restaurant to the special attention to detail given by all the staff it was a perfect day.
A massive thankyou to staff Dan and Lindsy who worked above and beyond to make this such a special day for us all.

Me & my 2 friends had the most amazing stay with you. Everything was absolutely perfect. James was so welcoming & really looked after us when we arrived a little early for check in.
Our dinner was delicious, yoga was fab & breakfast spot on as usual. We loved our room too. What an amazing shower!
We really did not want to leave.

We found the Gallivant online as we were looking for a special place to celebrate our anniversary and my wife’s birthday.
Tye Gallivant is a special hotel and Harry’s is a special restaurant!
The staff were outstanding and special mention to our evening waitress who did a great job looking after us over our 2 nights stay.
The hotel is near Camber Sands and has a great path to walk into Rye (3 miles and around an hour each way!)
We loved Rye very nice place full of character- lots of places to eat and drink.
We would recommend The Gallivant and cannot wait to come back!

Our dinner was delicious, yoga was fab & breakfast spot on as usual. We loved our room too. What an amazing shower!
