John Stirk Masterclass

Sunday 17th November
11 am to 1.30 pm

We are so excited to welcome John to The Gallivant for our Wellness Yoga Immersion Month.

This practical workshop invites transformation on all levels by engaging with the subtleties of physical sensation.

Using gentle exercise, you will explore the inherent intelligence that represents the foundation of our existence.

We inhabit a quantum world and we can share and celebrate the beauty and power of its indivisibility.

Whether having practiced for years or just starting we always return to the beginning, we come back to the source. This workshop helps you get there.
