Coronation Day highlights
SATURDAY 6th MAY
| 10.30 am | We will be serving morning coffee and tea |
| Watch the pomp and pageantry of the ‘King’s Procession’ from Buckingham Palace to Westminster Abbey on our big TV | |
| 11.00 am | The Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and The Queen Consort |
| Glasses of English sparkling wine will be served | |
| 12.00 pm | Watch ‘The Coronation Procession’ as Their Majesties and other members of the Royal Family return to the Palace |
| 12.30 pm | Our Coronation Lunch will be served |
| 3.00 pm | End |
We will be celebrating the Coronation with a menu of dishes that celebrates the amazing variety of seasonal produce that is just coming into season across the British Isles.
What to expect
Join us to watch on a big TV in The Open Space the unfolding of what promises to be a truly memorable day.
With all the pomp and pageantry unfolding before our eyes we too will be doing our bit to make the a celebration of everything that is British so expect bunting, flowers in red, white and blue, English sparkling wine and a menu that celebrates the abundance of incredible British produce.
From 10.30 am we will be serving morning coffee and tea and then to accompany the Coronation ceremony itself we will be opening bottles of chilled Gallivant x Gusbourne sparkling wine to toast the King and Queen Consort.
Lunch will be served from 12.30 pm. Five courses showcasing everything that makes our island so special, which you can either take as one menu or pick dishes individually to your preference.
Accompanying lunch we will have our resident pianist Charlie playing a British themed song book of tunes which we are sure will encourage an atmosphere of conviviality and happiness.
