Celebrate the final new moon of 2024

Sunday 29th December
12 pm to 1.30 pm

Wrap up our Twixmas Wellness series with a soothing Cacao Ceremony, a special way to honour the final full moon of 2024. This ceremony invites you to release what no longer serves you and plant fresh intentions, nurturing them within your mind and heart with the powerful blend of cacao and sound healing.
Led by Tamara Klien, this journey taps into the deep, grounding energy of the Capricorn new moon. You will drink warming cacao whilst listening to healing sound vibrations,  as you work to release old patterns, heal emotional blockages, and realign with your true self. This experience aims to help you let go of the past, find balance, and step into the new year with clarity and purpose. Cacao, known as a Shamanic plant medicine, opens the heart and clears negativity, helping you reconnect with your inner power and potential.

More info

Open to all levels and requires no previous experience. Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session and alcohol on the day of the session.

Note
Participants must be at least 16 years old to attend. If you are pregnant, carry a pacemaker, have any other health concerns or are taking any medications* please contact The Gallivant before the event to discuss your needs.
*It is not advised to have cacao if you’re taking antidepressants. Cacao contains an amino acid called tryptophan, which is the precursor to serotonin (the neurotransmitter in charge of your mood). If mixed, it can increase your serotonin levels, creating unpleasant side effects. However, Tam is very happy to prepare an alternative drink that can be used ceremonially, please get in touch to discuss.
